I've been watching Solana perpetuals platforms closely this year, and Imperial is one that's quietly building something worth paying attention to. No token has been announced yet, I want to be clear about that upfront, but Season 1 of their Imperial Points program is live, points are stored on-chain, and the multiplier structure is designed to reward people who show up early and stay consistent.

What Is Imperial?

Imperial is a perpetual router on Solana that lets you trade crypto, stocks, forex, and commodity markets from a single non-custodial interface. Mainnet is already live. You're not farming a testnet here, real capital, real markets, real trading activity.

The platform is built around a tiered points system with stacking multipliers. What makes it interesting from an airdrop farming angle is that points accumulate on-chain rather than on a centralised leaderboard, which suggests the team is taking distribution seriously when a token eventually comes.

The Points Program Explained

Season 1 launched on May 20, 2026. Each week, 20,000 points are distributed pro-rata across active traders based on volume, fees generated, streak bonuses, and active multipliers. Your multipliers stack additively, meaning several small bonuses combine faster than you'd expect.

The era you joined in also matters permanently. Traders who joined during the Romulus Era, before Imperial's public announcement, carry a permanent 1x multiplier on all future earnings. Those who joined in the Remus Era, after the article, carry 0.70x permanently. This is already locked in for early participants, if you're joining now, you're in the Remus Era, which is still solid.

Getting Started

Connect your Solana wallet on the Imperial website and deposit USDC into your subaccount. USDC is the collateral for all trading, so some capital is required, this isn't a zero-cost farm. Pick up USDC on Binance or any major exchange if you don't have it ready on Solana.

Once funded, head straight to the dashboard and connect your Telegram account and verify your X account. Each connection gives a +0.50x multiplier active for 7 days, renewable indefinitely. Do this before your first trade, there's no reason to leave free multiplier time on the table.

Building Your Multiplier Stack

This is where Imperial's system gets genuinely clever. Your overall multiplier is built from several sources that all add together.

Daily streaks give +0.02x per consecutive day of trading at least $100 in volume, capped at +0.60x after 30 days. Weekly streaks give +0.10x per consecutive week of hitting $1,000 in volume, capped at +0.60x after 6 weeks. Missing a single day or week resets the counter entirely, so consistency is everything.

Your personal rank tier adds another layer. Starting at Freeman with no bonus, you progress through Plebeian, Merchant, Equestrian, Patrician, Senator, and finally Emperor at 50,000 cumulative points, which carries a full +1.00x multiplier. Emperor-ranked users at the end of an era can also reset to Freeman for a permanent prestige status.

Joining a Clan

Clans are invite-only groups that compete weekly based on combined PnL. The top three finishing clans each week receive bonus multipliers applied to every member for the following week, +0.50x for first, +0.30x for second, and +0.20x for third. If you can get into an active, competitive clan early, it stacks meaningfully on top of everything else.

The Referral System Pays Real USDC

Beyond points, Imperial's referral program pays out in actual USDC. You earn 20% of fees from your direct referrals, 10% from their referrals, and 5% from the tier below that. Rewards are claimable roughly 24 hours after they're generated. Referrals also contribute to your weekly points total, so it works on both fronts.

One Honest Note

If your trades are losing, the platform gives you an additional points multiplier of up to +0.50x to partially offset the pain. It's a small but thoughtful design detail that softens the downside of active trading.

My Take

Imperial rewards early, consistent traders, not capital size. Stack your multipliers first, protect your daily and weekly streaks religiously, join an active clan, and let the referral income compound alongside your points. The on-chain points design gives me confidence that when a token does come, this program will matter.
